For more than a year now, Inseec U. Campus Chambéry and NTN-SNR Roulements have established a solid partnership.

NTN-SNR, headquartered in Annecy, is a company specializing in bearings and automotive spare parts. It is also the largest private employer in the two Savoies.
Christine Visentin, Head of Corporate Relations, and Marie Miani, Human Resources Assistant, now work in close collaboration. The partnership consists of recruiting and hosting interns and work-study students, particularly in support departments such as marketing, finance, HR and communications.

Currently, the Chambéry Campus can count on the presence of 11 work-study students and one intern within the company. Mary continues :

” We have always been involved in the training of young people. Each year, we welcome about 150 trainees, all fields and all levels. As for the work-study students, 77 of them joined the company at the start of the 2018 school year. We have to play the game and this allows us to create a real pool for our future recruitments.

“At INSEEC Campus Chambéry, there is a real range of possible courses. “

Marie completes:

” Inseec Chambéry offers a wide range of training options. The proposed modules correspond to the skills and knowledge we are looking for in our company. ”

The work-study student is perfectly integrated and supported within NTN-SNR, which is a real opportunity for students in training.

” The tutors are interested in Inseec’s applications, and the pace of training suits us well. ”

The company is already in the midst of preparing for the 2019-2020 work-study recruitment campaign, which will start in the spring. Marie, very enthusiastic, concludes :

” I think we’re going to participate in the next forum to kick off this new wave of recruitment.”
