APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1 – Nomination :

Partners institutions will receive a nomination email with a link to Mobility Online Platform. All nominations must be submitted via this platform.

Step 2 – Application :

Nominated students will receive a link via email to start their application on our Mobility Online platform.

Step 3 – Admission :

Applications will be reviewed by our international team and students will be informed of the outcome by the incoming coordinator by email.

For programs offered in english, non native students must have :

B2 level

For programs offered in french, non native students must have :

B2 level

Visas : Applications and procedures

Getting a visa is a key step for international students and can take some time, so it’s best to start the application process well before your departure to avoid any last-minute issues. All non-EU students must follow the official France Visas procedures to apply for a study visa, and we strongly advise starting the process as early as possible.

Many parts of the application can be completed from your home country, so stay organized and gather all required documents in advance. INSEEC Grande École is here to assist you with advice and support throughout your visa process. You can find more detailed information and guidance

Health and Insurance

All students are required to have health insurance coverage. EU students must bring their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), while non-EU students should arrange private international insurance or register for French student health insurance. Having valid coverage gives you peace of mind and access to quality healthcare during your stay. INSEEC Grande École is here to guide you through the process to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
