September was marked by the start of the new academic year for our Bachelor and MSc students at INSEEC Campus Chambéry. The 2023-2024 academic year is now officially underway! In brief…

Our Bachelor launches the back-to-school season
On Friday 01 September, it was great to hear the laughter and see the smiles on the faces of our new students! The first years of the Bachelor programme got the ball rolling. On the programme was an information conference to kick off the year, attended by our new director on the Chambéry campus: Damien Bezançon. The day continued with a tour of the campus, followed by integration… a team building event with several activities (axe throwing, laser tag, riddles, etc.) giving all the students a chance to get to know each other a little better!
The start of the new academic year continued on Monday 04 September with the arrival of our Bachelor 2 students! Starting the second year is just as important for our students, and this year there will be more than 165 of them… and before getting down to business, they were able to enjoy a few moments of relaxation by spending the afternoon at the Voglans bowling alley. It was a friendly day of fun and enjoyment. They then started classes the following Tuesday, as did the third years, who also joined the campus that day. For their final year before the Bachelor’s degree, which is of vital importance, the teaching team presented the expectations of the students so that they can make the most of their year. They were then thrown straight into the thick of things, with a 3-day business game starting on Wednesday, giving them the chance to use all their skills right from the start!
The MSc are finally making a comeback
To kick off the week of 11 September, it was time to open the doors and welcome our MSc 1 and 2 Sport. More than 150 students gathered for a general presentation led by Damien Bezançon. The day then unfolded as follows: presentation of the INSEEC MSc sweatshirts, professional photo session, giant paëlla at INSEEC Village, back-to-school meeting with the programme managers and, finally, a fine speech by the communications team to all the students to round off this back-to-school day!
The return of our MSc students continued with the arrival of the MSc 2s on Monday 18 September and our MSc 1s on Friday 22 September. The campus is now complete! Well, almost, because on Monday 25 September, around thirty Bachelor 3 Digital Marketing, Communication & Events work-study students also returned to the campus, bringing this great back-to-school period to a close!
We wish all our students every success and a great academic year!
