Key events on our campuses

On each of our campuses, at least 1 face-to-face job dating event per month is organised. That’s more than 30 job dating events a year.

In total, between 30 and 50 companies take part in our job dating events, including SMEs, start-ups and major groups.

Business themes

Our students are always interested in topics such as entrepreneurship and salary negotiation, especially at conferences! Our students are also very keen to attend conferences on careers and your companies… These are great showcases for :

• present your company, its context and challenges, and its CSR actions
• share and pass on your experience and knowledge
• boost your employer brand

Depending on your needs, our Corporate Relations & Alumni teams can offer you a tailor-made event, exclusive to your company.

Organising evenings or open mornings on your premises specifically for recruitment purposes, workshops for students on our campuses to find out more about your professions… It’s all possible!

Educational Business Game

The Business Games are extremely popular educational events for our students, and what better way to present your company than at one of these events? For 1 to 3 days, our students work on a real or fictitious problem about your company.

• encourage and support our students in their training by supervising the business game and attending project presentations
• share and pass on your experience and knowledge
• train students to meet your business challenges
• meet profiles that may match your recruitment needs, depending on the programmes you are involved in

Developing your brand

Developing and strengthening your employer brand is a crucial issue. Your employer brand encourages and develops the recruitment and retention of your talent, and consequently the growth of your company.

• Take part in our employability events
• Giving lessons to students through Business Games or themed conferences
• Produce BtoB and/or BtoC communication content tailored to your needs, in particular videos. Content that you can use and distribute on your website and social networks, and which is also shared with the entire INSEEC community.
