The programme also trains you in the basics of law, taxation and asset management, while incorporating new digital tools and the challenges of sustainable development in real estate.

The programme is offered on several campuses, including Bordeaux, a fast-growing urban centre, Paris, at the heart of the major players in the market, and Lyon, an attractive centre for tertiary real estate. It can be adapted to suit your ambitions and your geographical mobility. You can also take this bachelor’s degree at our campuses in Lyon, Chambéry and Marseille.

Property development

Property development provides training in all the stages involved in creating a development: from feasibility study to marketing. You will learn how to analyse a market, manage operations and coordinate the players involved (architects, local authorities, investors).

This specialisation prepares you to work in dynamic environments where strategy, vision and rigour are essential. You will develop sought-after skills in property development, real estate development and real estate project management.

Wealth management

Wealth management enables you to master the basics of financial and tax advice applied to real estate. You will learn how to help your clients build up, optimise and pass on their assets.

This specialisation focuses on customer relations, regulatory monitoring and assessing the most appropriate solutions. It opens the way to careers in asset management firms, private banks or specialised structures, where expertise and listening are the keys to success.

Buying and renting goods

Buying and renting property is at the heart of the operational real estate business. You will learn about prospecting, valuation and negotiation techniques, as well as the legal and tax aspects of transactions.

This specialisation prepares you to assist individuals and companies with their property projects, guaranteeing a professional and personalised service. You’ll develop the kind of versatility that’s so valuable when working in estate agencies, property management or large property networks.

  • I chose INSEEC Bachelor because it wasn’t part of the Parcoursup system. It was much simpler, and I didn’t want to complicate my life when I had to study for my high school diploma.
