Application
How do I apply for Erasmus+?
A multi-stage process
To go on an Erasmus+, you must first be enrolled at INSEEC BBA or Grande École. The application is generally made at the end of the 1ʳᵉ or 2ᵉ year depending on your programme.
The process involves selecting your host universities from among our Erasmus+ partners, compiling an academic file (transcripts, covering letter, CV), validating your language level (minimum B1 certification recommended) and an interview with the International Relations department.
Once accepted, you sign a Learning Agreement defining the courses you will follow abroad and their INSEEC equivalence. Our teams will help you with all the administrative formalities: registering with the host university, applying for grants, finding accommodation and preparing for your departure.

What is the scoring system?
The grading system varies from one European country to another. Under Erasmus+, the ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) harmonises grades and facilitates their recognition. Each course validated abroad earns you ECTS credits which are automatically converted and integrated into your INSEEC diploma.
Your host university will give you its grading scale when you arrive, and INSEEC will help you convert your results.
How does INSEEC support the mobility of students with disabilities?
INSEEC is fully committed to inclusion and facilitates Erasmus+ mobility for all its students. Our International Relations teams work closely with partner universities to identify accessible campuses and adapt reception conditions (adapted accommodation, teaching facilities, technical assistance).
The Erasmus+ programme offers increased grants for students with disabilities to cover the additional costs associated with mobility (adapted transport, special equipment, personalised support).
Contact our disability advisor at the start of your project to benefit from tailored support.
How can I go abroad via Erasmus+?

Once you have been selected, you choose your courses with your course coordinator, sign your Learning Agreement and submit your Erasmus+ grant application. Our teams are with you every step of the way.
