How do I apply to INSEEC Grande Ecole?
Nomination of the partner university
The partner university receives an invitation with a link to the Mobility Online platform.
All nominations must be submitted exclusively via this platform.
Student application
Once the nomination has been validated, the student will receive an e-mail containing the link to complete their application on Mobility Online.
Conditions and documents required:
- Minimum language level B2
- B2 in English for programmes taught in English
- B2 in French for programmes taught in French
- Documents to be uploaded in PDF format
- Most recent transcript
- Passport-size photo
Admission
The International Relations Department examines the applications.The admission decision is communicated by e-mail by the incoming mobility coordinator.

INSEEC Grande École does not offer on-campus accommodation. We know that finding accommodation in France is a long process, especially for international students. Rest assured, our team will help you every step of the way. We work with reputable companies and student residences to help you find the right solution. Getting your visa
Obtaining a visa is compulsory for students from outside the EU. Start the process as soon as possible via the official France-Visas platform to avoid any delays. A large part of the procedure can be carried out from your home country. By preparing your documents in advance, you can secure your arrival. INSEEC Grande École will be with you every step of the way to guide you smoothly.

Insuring your health
Health insurance is compulsory for all students. EU students must present their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Non-EU students must take out private international health insurance or register with the French student social security system. Valid cover guarantees you access to healthcare throughout your stay. INSEEC Grande École can help you with these formalities to ensure that you have a safe and secure experience.

Summer School: up to 2 weeks of immersion
The INSEEC Summer School is a short academic and cultural immersion programme organised every July by INSEEC Grande École, giving international students the opportunity to discover the workings of a business school and the French higher education system over a period of 1 to 2 weeks.
The programme is open to international students, with no specific academic prerequisites. To find out more about the programme and complete your enrolment, contact the International Office: incoming@inseec.com
