Our teaching methods
What is the pedagogical approach of the INSEEC Grande Ecole Programme?
Joining INSEEC’s Grande Ecole programme means choosing a three-year course that combines academic excellence, professionalism and international openness. Each year enables you to build your skills, specialise and prepare for ambitious careers in demanding environments.
1ʳᵉ year
Acquire the fundamentals and discover the key disciplines
The first year consolidates your foundations in management, finance, marketing, communication and data. The courses, taught by academic and professional experts, are complemented by practical projects. Your first placement will enable you to apply what you have learnt and launch your career plan.
2ᵉ year
Extending your skills and opening up your career to the international arena
The second year is devoted to in-depth study and multicultural awareness. You can go on an academic exchange to a partner school or do a work placement abroad. The courses become more specialised and you gradually prepare your orientation for the third year.
3ᵉ year
Specialising and becoming more professional
The final year is dedicated to specialising in a chosen field: business, finance, marketing, luxury, CSR, sport, data, HR or international. Work placements, consultancy assignments and long internships punctuate the course. This year also marks active preparation for employment, thanks to individual support and the alumni network.
