What is a Master’s Degree in Business at INSEEC?
The Grande École Business specialisation programme confers a Master’s degree and is RNCP level 7 certified (equivalent to bac + 5). This programme prepares students for careers in management, strategy and organisational transformation. The programme trains decision-makers to analyse economic issues, lead complex projects and manage teams in an international context. You will develop skills in management, finance, marketing and leadership, thanks to a teaching approach that combines theory, case studies and in-company experience.

Hands-on projects, in-company assignments and meetings with professionals prepare you for positions of responsibility: consultant, project manager, unit manager or entrepreneur. Find out more about the main courses below.
Market Development
Conquering new horizons
Market development involves identifying and exploiting opportunities to expand a company’s business, whether internationally or in new segments. You will learn how to analyse trends, assess the competition and adapt commercial strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
Skills in negotiation, market research and partnership management are essential for success. The jobs targeted (development manager, business developer or export zone manager) are key for companies seeking to expand.
With globalisation and digitalisation, these profiles are essential for capturing new market share and diversifying revenues.
Product Launch
Innovating and winning over customers
Launching a product requires a rigorous strategy, from idea to market launch. You need to master the key stages: feasibility study, positioning, marketing mix and lifecycle management. Tools such as design thinking and user testing help you to minimise risk and maximise impact.
Job opportunities (product manager, product manager or innovation manager) are at the heart of the tech, retail and industrial sectors. In a saturated market, knowing how to create value and differentiate an offer is a major asset for companies and for your career.
Setting up a company
From idea to business model
Setting up a business means turning a vision into an economic reality. You’ll develop skills in business planning, fundraising, financial management and branding, while learning how to manage the first critical phases.
The OMNES Education Group’s incubators and support networks will help you to validate your concept and accelerate your growth. Whether you’re aiming for a start-up, a very small business or an intrapreneurial project, this course will give you the keys to launching, pivoting and scaling your business.
Success stories often begin with a bold idea and a masterful execution.
