Digital Strategy & Data

Digital transformation is redefining the codes of luxury. Between the phygital experience, personalisation through data and premium e-commerce, luxury brands need to reinvent their approach without losing their soul. This specialisation trains you in the challenges of CRM, analytics and marketing automation as applied to the top end of the market.

You will learn how to harness customer data to create tailor-made purchasing paths, manage omnichannel strategies and measure digital performance. You will discover how artificial intelligence tools are transforming customer relations while preserving the exclusivity that is unique to luxury.

Branding & Communication

In the luxury sector, the brand is the most important asset. From storytelling to visual identity, every detail counts in building desirability and authenticity. This course will immerse you in the world of brand strategy, premium positioning and international image management.

You will develop skills in brand management, press relations, high-end events and crisis communication. You will learn to design integrated campaigns that reach customers across all channels, from print to immersive experiences. You’ll understand how to preserve a company’s heritage while making it desirable to new generations.

This strategic know-how is essential for managing the image of the world’s leading brands.

Social Media & Influence

Social networks have revolutionised luxury communications. Instagram, TikTok, WeChat: each platform has its own codes and opportunities. This specialisation teaches you to master influencer strategies, premium content and community engagement in a sector where exclusivity must coexist with visibility.

You will explore partnerships with influencers and ambassadors, the creation of content that enhances products and the management of demanding communities. You’ll discover how to analyse social performance, manage e-reputation and create buzz while respecting brand values.

  • After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Luxury, and Tourism Marketing, followed by the Grande École Program at INSEEC, I decided to focus my career on digital technology. This led me to join the traffic acquisition teams at CELINE and then CHANEL Beauty Europe.
