Trade No. 1
Business Analyst
Business analysts help to manage the company’s activities by studying figures. They define analysis and decision-making tools. They must provide a strategic analysis of the data and draw up recommendations and action plans.
Thebusiness analystdefines the key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure the achievement of commercial objectives. They design sales performance monitoring tables and reporting tools, analyse databases and measure return on investment (ROI) from a commercial and financial perspective.
They study the market from a quantitative and qualitative angle, summarise the data in the form of reports and make recommendations for strategic and operational marketing or sales management.
They also monitor regulations likely to have an impact on a market.
Business analysts have a good knowledge of the methods and tools used for programming, extracting and processing statistical data. They are familiar with reporting tools and Salesforce software.
They have a good knowledge of markets, a taste for figures, an analytical mind and a rigorous approach to database management.
He/she will be organised and able to make suggestions.

Trades No. 2
Digital project manager
The digital project manager manages the development of websites and applications.
- He studies the coherence of his company’s project and familiarises himself with the specifications.
- The digital project manager must manage his team by allocating tasks and defining schedules.
- It must be adapted to each medium (mobile, tablet, computer) during project development.
- He or she is responsible for ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met, as well as keeping an eye on trends and developments in the web sector.
This position requires technical skills in the web field, but also a sense of leadership and an unfailing ability to adapt.
Digital project managers need to be able to adapt to the world in which they work, to be constantly on the lookout and to know how to anticipate.

Trade No. 3
Data Analyst
The Data Analyst is an expert in understanding data issues and interpreting business data. They extract and analyse relevant data to support strategy. They are able to use their statistical skills to help the company’s business leaders make important decisions while minimising risk.
TheData Analyst‘s job is to clean and organise the raw data. They use descriptive and non-parametric statistics to get a general idea of the data. His role is useful and crucial during the exploration phase; he can discern trends and put forward relevant hypotheses.
They create visualisations called dashboards or cockpits, to help with interpretation and decision-making.
Data Analysts have strong reporting skills, a flair for business, modelling, social networks and a keen sense of communication.
They know how to optimise customer relations and understand their situation at any given time. They are capable of proposing tailor-made offers.
They are proficient in SQL, Python and R and have excellent writing skills.
Data Analysts are dynamic and enthusiastic, and can work as part of an Agile Scrum team as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.

Relationship marketing and CRM manager
The relationship marketing manager implements a range of tools designed to maintain individualised and interactive relationships with customers and to develop customer knowledge: managing a CRM database, organising recruitment and loyalty campaigns, monitoring results.
To build customer loyalty, therelationship marketing managerdesigns information-gathering systems, identifies products and services that generate dissatisfaction, identifies the brand’s promising customers and develops a database of customer expectations and needs.
It analyses customer behaviour and the results of loyalty campaigns and implements follow-up solutions. It also develops customer proximity and commitment to the brand.
His or her tasks include managing service providers and partners, as well as managing teams.
They are able to set up email campaigns and are familiar with the main computer and web languages.
They have good organisational, management and leadership skills.
They are proficient in multi-channel communication with customers.
They listen to their customers in order to adapt their customer loyalty strategy to their expectations and practices.

Trade n°5
Community Manager
Web community coordinators, as they are also known, manage a company’s presence on the internet and social networks via a community of internet users who share a common interest. In companies, they may report to several different people, such as a head of department (communications, marketing).
Basically, the social network coordinator is in charge of public relations. Taking into account the company’s overall strategy, they establish their own web presence strategy and implement actions.
They use several different platforms to disseminate information (promotions, offers, product tests, events, etc.). They write the content themselves in an attractive way. They answer web users’ questions.
They know their subject like the back of their hand, monitoring the reactions of the community and analysing them to calculate the impact of the information. They ensure that participants behave properly, and that the exchange is respectful of everyone. To ensure optimal use of the platforms, their functional development must be guaranteed. It also monitors technology and the sector.
The primary objective is to maintain the company’s reputation.
This job is reserved for web enthusiasts who know all about community mechanisms and social networks.
They are also experts in search engine optimisation and e-marketing and communication tools.
The community manager acts as a diplomat and listens to Internet users, exchanges facilitated by his or her sense of contact.
Their writing skills need no further proof. They are driven by their responsiveness and creativity. English is an asset.
Professions n°6
Head of digital strategy
The Digital Strategy Manager’s role is to develop and deploy the company’s multi-channel strategy. Working with internal and external teams, they design new digital products and services with the aim of maximising the points of contact between Internet users and the brand.
Thedigital strategy managerimplements strategic intelligence to analyse the positioning of products and services on the web and on digital markets, and to understand trends and their impact.
They design the company’s digital marketing strategy: developing recurring offers, adapting concepts and products, defining business development priorities.
He/she manages the launch of new products on the web, supervises the marketing teams in charge of the project and monitors marketing operations.
They have an excellent knowledge of the sociology of web communities, and are proficient in monitoring techniques (including e-reputation) and web marketing.
They have the ability to design partnerships and online (or off-line) events to launch new products and services.
They are curious and have a taste for investigation. They are passionate about new technologies in general, and social networks and innovative uses of the internet in particular.
You will be highly adaptable and have good written and oral communication skills, as you will be in contact with a wide range of people within the company.

Traffic Manager
As web and marketing specialists, traffic managers manage the launch of online advertising campaigns. They are also responsible for increasing the flow of visitors to the sites they manage.
Thetraffic managerimplements a traffic acquisition and optimisation strategy. They increase the site’s visibility on search engines, manage web advertising, monitor retargeting operations and manage email campaigns.
It analyses site traffic and positioning using automated reporting tools, calculates conversion rates and defines ROI.
Finally, they carry out strategic intelligence to monitor changes in consumer behaviour and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Traffic managers have a good knowledge of the internet, its development and web language. They also have an excellent marketing culture and are familiar with a wide range of tools (tracking, retargetting).
They must be able to react quickly and anticipate new developments.
They are highly curious and enjoy working in a team.
They have good negotiating skills and are rigorous and methodical in their approach.

e-reputation consultant
Since the rise of digital technology, the profession of e-reputation consultant has become an extension of public relations. They manage the influence and image of a brand, institution or personality on the internet. Their role is at the heart of the company’s strategic web thinking. Sometimes the job titles vary: social media manager, e-RP consultant.
The role of an e-reputation consultant is to positively develop an employer’s digital presence, image and reputation, in particular by proposing content tailored to the web platform.
They have to develop arguments and action plans to promote the brand to the media and the general public. They must also be able to respond diplomatically and rigorously to individuals who criticise or attack the brands/personalities they represent.
He or she must establish close relationships with influential bloggers and journalists and be able to defend the company’s image, particularly during a crisis.
Good general knowledge of different web platforms.
Ability to make proposals and be innovative.
Excellent interpersonal skills, responsiveness and excellent command of written and spoken language.
Ability to adapt.
