The job ofaccounting and financial auditor offers attractive remuneration with good prospects for career development. At the start of your career, you can expect to earn between €30,000 and €35,000 gross per annum. With experience, this salary rises to between 42,000 and 54,000 euros, and up to 70,000 euros for senior profiles.
In addition, there are often significant benefits, such as variable bonuses, ongoing training and prospects for advancement to management positions. The banking and insurance sectors offer the most attractive remuneration packages, with the potential to exceed €100,000 after 10 years’ experience.
