After a few years’ successful experience, you will naturally be promoted to private client manager, wealth management centre manager or investment bank manager.

The job of private banker offers an attractive salary that rises significantly with experience. At the start of your career, you can expect to earn €40,000 gross per annum. After a few years’ experience, this salary rises to €65,000 gross per annum, rising to €95,000 gross per annum by the end of your career.

In addition, there are often significant benefits: bonuses based on sales targets, which can amount to 10 to 20% of the fixed salary, a company car, profit-sharing and reduced working hours. Your career prospects will take you towards positions as private client manager or management positions in prestigious banking establishments.
