The job of Project Manager offers attractive and progressive remuneration. At the start of your career, you can expect to earn between €35,000 and €42,000 gross per annum. After a few years’ experience, this salary rises to €45,000 to €55,000, and to €78,000 gross per annum for senior profiles.
In addition, there are often significant benefits: project-related performance bonuses, profit-sharing, extra time off and ongoing training. Your career prospects could take you to project director, PMO manager or management positions in digital services companies.
