Property programme managers play a central role in the development of ambitious property projects, managing every stage from design to delivery. Combining technical expertise, project management skills and a sense of management, this job requires versatility and rigour.

You coordinate feasibility studies, analysing planning regulations and profitability

Technical and regulatory expertise
You are familiar with building regulations, environmental standards and town planning procedures. This technical expertise enables you to validate feasibility and optimise construction costs.

This job puts you at the heart of urban transformation and regional development. The job offers attractive remuneration, which rises significantly with experience. At the start of your career, you can expect to earn 35,000 euros gross per year. After a few years’ experience, this salary rises to 54,000 euros, with experienced staff earning up to 90,000 euros gross per year.
