AtINSEEC MSc, innovation and interactive learning are at the heart of our educational mission. That’s why, every year, our students from the Lyon, Paris, Chambéry, Rennes, Marseille and Bordeaux campuses take part in themed Business Games. These events, which combine teamwork, a competitive spirit and strategic thinking, are high points in the training programme. This year, two key themes have emerged: sustainable development and inclusion, crucial issues for the future of business and society.
An immersive educational experience
Business Games are interactive simulations that allow students to immerse themselves in the reality of the business world. Divided into teams, they have to respond to concrete challenges put forward by partner companies, while juggling strategic, economic and organisational aspects. This fun but intense approach develops not only their technical skills, but also essential qualities such as time management, decision-making under pressure and teamwork.
This year’s themes: Sustainable development and inclusion
In the face of the climate emergency and growing societal challenges, sustainable development and inclusion have become priorities for companies. INSEEC MSc is aligning itself with this reality by integrating these issues into its programmes, particularly during the Business Games.
Conclusion
The Business Games organised on our various campuses are not just educational simulations; they reflect the values that INSEEC MSc wants to pass on to its students: social responsibility, creativity and commitment. By focusing on themes as crucial as sustainable development and inclusion, our school is fully in tune with current societal issues and is preparing the future agents of change.
Each campus has brought its own unique touch to the Business Games, making these events not only intense learning experiences, but also unforgettable human ones. At INSEEC MSc, we are convinced that the future belongs to those who build more responsible and inclusive businesses, and our students are the main ambassadors.
