What is a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance?
This Bachelor’s degree, certified RNCP level 6 by the Ministry of Employment, prepares students for careers in management, finance and accounting. The 1ʳᵉ and 2ᵉ years provide a solid foundation, while the 3ᵉ year enables students to specialise and become more professional in accounting, management and corporate finance. This programme makes the student immediately operational thanks to comprehensive, practical training.
Professional certification
Level 6 (EU) professional certification for Financial Management Managers, NSF code(s) 313/314, awarded by the INSEEC Bachelor, registered under number 39875 on the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) by decision of the Director General of France Compétences.

1ʳᵉ year
60 ECTS credits
In the first year, INSEEC’s Bachelor in Corporate Finance offers generalist training combining management, accounting, law, marketing, languages and digital skills to lay the foundations of management and finance. In addition to the core courses, students will have 20% of specialisation courses.

2ᵉ year

In the second year, INSEEC’s Bachelor in Corporate Finance develops skills in financial management and management control, while integrating analysis and steering tools to prepare students for concrete operational responsibilities. Assessment procedures
The three years of the programme alternate between acquiring concepts and putting them into practice.
Each semester is validated by the award of 30 ECTS credits. Progression through the Bachelor’s programme is achieved by validating each semester one after the other, i.e. 180 ECTS credits acquired at the end of the three years of the programme.
In addition to the lectures and visits, each module is regularly assessed, either in writing or orally, individually or in groups, throughout the course.
In the third and final year of the INSEEC Bachelor programme, an assessment leading to certification is organised for each block of skills, as close as possible to the professional situation (case study, professional simulation, portfolio, oral presentation, professional practice dissertation, etc.).
Assessment takes the form of face-to-face continuous assessment or final exams in the form of mid-term exams.

What are the prerequisites for the INSEEC Bachelor of Corporate Finance?
- For entry to the first year: hold a baccalauréat (all sections), a Diplôme d’Accès aux Études Universitaires (DAEU) or a foreign diploma (level 4, Bac or equivalent).

Each semester, you validate 30 ECTS credits. In 3ᵉ year, you are assessed by skills block as closely as possible to professional reality: case studies, simulations, professional practice dissertation. The programme requires a minimum of 110 effective days in a company during your final year.
What to do after INSEEC’s Bachelor of Finance?
There are two paths open to you after this Bachelor’s degree:
- Immediate professional integration in positions such as Financial Analyst, Junior Management Controller, Treasury Officer, Financial Management Manager or Banking Officer. With an overall integration rate of 75%, you’ll be eagerly awaited on the job market.
- Pursue your studies at Bac +5 level to specialise with an MSc INSEEC (Finance, Management Control, Auditing, etc.) or join the Grande École Programme to aim for management positions.

Is it possible to do a sandwich course during the INSEEC Bachelor of Corporate Finance?
Yes, this Bachelor’s programme can be done on a sandwich basis. The pace of the course is designed to make it easier for you to work on a sandwich basis: 3 days at school / 2 days in the company for six months, then six months full-time in the company. This format enables you to gain practical experience in the main finance professions while financing your studies.
