Professional certification
Level 6 (EU) professional certification for Marketing Communication Project Managers, NSF code 312, awarded by INSEEC Bachelor, registered under number RNCP38605 in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP), by decision of the Director General of France Compétences.

1ʳᵉ year
60 ECTS credits
In the first year, INSEEC’s Marketing & Product Development Bachelor offers a generalist course combining management, marketing, communication, management and digital skills. Students acquire the foundations needed to understand the company, its environment and consumer behaviour, while developing their initial project management skills. In addition to the core courses, students will have 20% of specialisation courses.

2ᵉ year

In the second year, INSEEC’s Bachelor of Marketing & Product Development reinforces the fundamentals of marketing and communication, while introducing more strategic notions linked to product design and management.
Students learn how to analyse a market, understand consumer expectations and manage sales and marketing actions that are consistent with the company’s objectives.
In addition to the core courses, students will have 30% of specialisation courses.

3ᵉ year – Core curriculum
60 ECTS credits – Professional training
In the third year, INSEEC’s Marketing & Product Development Bachelor focuses on strategy, project management and innovation. Students learn how to design, position and manage the launch of new products, while mastering budgetary, managerial and digital issues.
This final year, which focuses on work-based learning and work-study programmes, prepares students for rapid integration into the operational marketing and product development professions.

3ᵉ year – Specialisation course
The third year of specialisation in the Bachelor of Marketing & Product Development enables students to develop their skills in the creation, management and marketing of innovative products and services. This specialisation trains both creative and analytical profiles, capable of managing all stages of a product’s life cycle, from concept to launch.

Assessment procedures
The three years of the Bachelor of Marketing & Product Development alternate between the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical application through concrete projects, case studies and periods of immersion in companies. Each semester corresponds to 30 ECTS credits, for a total of 180 ECTS credits at the end of the programme.
Throughout the course, students are assessed on an ongoing basis through individual or group written and oral assessments: market studies, marketing project presentations, strategic analysis reports and oral presentations. These regular assessments are used to measure progress in skills and the ability to apply knowledge in real-life situations.
In the third year, professional certification is based on an assessment of blocks of skills, in accordance with RNCP reference no. 38605 – Marketing Communication Project Manager. This assessment includes :
- managing a marketing or communications project;
- designing and implementing a product strategy;
- budget management and performance management ;
- defending a dissertation on professional practice.
Tests take the form of continuous assessment, final exams or simulations of professional situations (case studies, business games, simulations). This approach guarantees a gradual build-up of skills, directly linked to the requirements of the marketing and product development market.
