What is a Real Estate Bachelor?
INSEEC’s Real Estate Bachelor’s degree, RNCP level 6 certified, trains professionals capable of steering sales and marketing strategy in the real estate sector. This professionally-oriented programme, accessible in 3ᵉ year after a Bac +2, develops dual skills in real estate negotiation and commercial project management, for rapid integration into a constantly evolving market.
Professional certification
Level 6 (EU) professional certification for Sales and Marketing Development Managers, NSF code 312, awarded by INSEEC Bachelor, registered under number RNCP38025 on the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles by decision of the Director General of France Compétences.

3ᵉ year – Core curriculum

3ᵉ year – Specialisation course
This final year of training gives you real sales and marketing expertise applied to real estate. You will develop a strategic vision of the market and learn to manage complex property projects, from prospecting to rental management.

Assessment procedures
The Bachelor’s in Real Estate alternates theoretical learning, case studies and practical work experience.
Each semester is validated by the award of 30 ECTS credits, for a total of 180 credits at the end of the course. Assessment is based on regular continuous assessment (assignments, presentations, group work, case studies) and final assessments in the form of mid-term exams or oral presentations.
During this third year, students take an assessment leading to certification in blocks of skills, directly linked to professional situations encountered in companies:
- CASE STUDY ;
- company project or assignment ;
- commercial simulation ;
- professional file ;
- oral defense.
These assessments guarantee the acquisition of the key skills defined by RNCP qualification 38025 – Sales and Marketing Development Manager, validating the ability to develop a sales strategy, steer a marketing plan and manage customer relations in the property sector.

What are the entry requirements for the Real Estate Bachelor?
Admission to 3rd year
- The Real Estate Bachelor’s degree is open to students who hold or are in the process of obtaining a 2-year higher education diploma (BTS, DUT, Licence 2) or equivalent, i.e. 120 ECTS credits.
- Applicants from business, real estate or management backgrounds are particularly encouraged to apply. Admissions are made outside Parcoursup, by means of an online form and the study of an application file followed by a motivational interview.
