What is a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Financial Analysis?
This specialisation of the INSEEC Grande Ecole Programme confers the degree of Master Corporate Finance & Financial Analysis. It prepares you for careers in corporate finance, financial analysis and capital markets. This 5-year degree, validated by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, guarantees top-level academic recognition in France and abroad. Taught entirely in English, this programme is AMBA accredited and RNCP level 7 certified, giving you enhanced employability in international financial markets.
Diploma and professional certification
This state-approved degree confers Master’s status and has been AMBA accredited since 2016, guaranteeing its recognition in France and internationally. Professional certification as an Innovative Projects Manager level 7 (EU), NSF code 310, awarded by INSEEC Grande École, registered under number 41044 on the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) by decision of the Director General of France Compétences.
Objectives and skills
The aim of the Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Financial Analysis is to train financial experts capable of analysing markets, managing equity transactions and advising management on their financial strategies.

The content
The courses below are offered on the Paris campus. The programme, taught entirely in English, is regularly updated to include the latest practices in international financial markets and corporate finance.
1ʳᵉ year (Level L3)
60 ECTS credits – 568 hours
The first year builds the fundamentals of management and develops your understanding of international economic and financial issues. Students on the traditional route spend 2 months on the London campus before completing their work placement.

2ᵉ year (M1 level)
60 ECTS credits – 428 hours
This year strengthens your financial skills and enables you to structure your career path towards expertise in corporate finance. As part of the initial programme, you will choose a pre-specialisation from September to December, go abroad if necessary from January to May, and then complete a minimum 2-month work placement in a company from June to August.

3ᵉ year (M2 level) – Speciality courses
Specialisation courses train you in the advanced techniques of corporate finance and international financial analysis. On the traditional route, you choose your Corporate Finance & Financial Analysis specialisation or a Double Degree abroad from September to December. You will then complete your end-of-studies internship of at least 6 months from January to August, culminating in the oral presentation of your applied research dissertation.

What are the admission requirements for the Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Financial Analysis?
Admission to 1st year (Level L3)
- Accessible to students holding or in the process of obtaining a BUT, BTS, Licence 2, RNCP level 5 certified qualification (Bac +2), or enrolled in 2ᵉ year of IEP.
- Admission via the Evolution 1 competitive entrance examination (application + oral tests).
- A good level of English is required to follow the courses entirely in English.
Admission to 2nd year (M1 level)
- Open to students who have completed or are in the process of completing a Licence 3, Bachelor’s degree, Master 1, engineering degree or level 6/7 RNCP-certified qualification attesting to at least 3 years of higher education.
- Admission via the Evolution 2 competitive entrance examination (application + oral tests).
- An advanced level of English is required for this international course.

- BCE competition for entry to 1st year (L3) after a preparatory class

Although this programme focuses on corporate finance and financial analysis, the skills acquired in business valuation, due diligence and risk analysis are transferable to the audit profession. For a specialisation in auditing, the Master’s degree in Finance, Audit and Control taught in French is more appropriate.
