What is a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Innovation and Brand Management?
INSEEC’s Grande Ecole programme, specialising in Digital Marketing, Innovation and Brand Management, trains you for careers in marketing in the digital age, innovation and brand management. This programme confers a Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and is RNCP level 7 certified. The course is taught in French and English, depending on the campus. It will enable you to master the strategic challenges of contemporary marketing, offering you excellent career prospects in this sector.
Diploma and professional certification
This state-approved degree confers Master’s status and has been AMBA accredited since 2016, guaranteeing its recognition in France and internationally. Professional certification as an Innovative Projects Manager level 7 (EU), NSF code 310, awarded by INSEEC Grande École, registered under number 41044 on the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) by decision of the Director General of France Compétences.
Objectives and skills
This Master’s degree aims to train marketing professionals capable of managing digital strategies, innovating in their approach to customers and building strong brands in an omnichannel and data-driven environment.

The content
The courses are taught on the Paris, Lyon and Bordeaux campuses, in French and English. Each year, the programme incorporates technological innovations, new marketing practices and changes in consumer behaviour.
1ʳᵉ year (Level L3)
60 ECTS credits – 568 hours (initial) – 488 hours (sandwich course)
This initial year lays the foundations for management and develops your understanding of the transformations in contemporary marketing. Students on sandwich courses benefit from a week’s immersion in London, while students on the traditional route spend 2 months on the London campus before completing their work placement.

2ᵉ year (M1 level)
60 ECTS credits – 428 hours (initial) – 436 hours (sandwich course)
This year consolidates your managerial skills and introduces you to the fundamentals of digital marketing and innovation. You can do this year on a sandwich course. On the traditional route, you choose a pre-specialisation from September to December, go abroad if necessary from January to May, and then do a minimum 2-month work placement in a company from June to August.

3ᵉ year (Level M2) – Core curriculum
60 ECTS credits – 238 hours (initial) – 406 hours (sandwich course)
The core curriculum develops your strategic skills and your ethical vision of modern marketing. This final year can be taken on a sandwich course. On the traditional route, you choose your specialisation in Digital Marketing, Innovation and Brand Management or a Double Diploma abroad from September to December. You will then complete your end-of-studies internship of at least 6 months from January to August, culminating in the oral presentation and defence of your applied research dissertation.

What are the admission requirements for the Digital Marketing, Innovation and Brand Management Master’s degree?
Admission to 1st year (Level L3)
- Accessible to students holding or in the process of obtaining a BUT, BTS, Licence 2, RNCP level 5 certified qualification (Bac +2), or enrolled in 2ᵉ year of IEP.
- Admission via the Evolution 1 competitive entrance examination (application + oral tests).
- Training provided in French and English.
