Corporate Human Resources

Corporate HR is at the heart of the global strategy, ensuring that talent is matched to business objectives. You will learn how to recruit, train and retain employees, while optimising administrative processes and labour relations. The jobs (HR manager, recruitment officer or talent manager) require a strategic vision and the ability to anticipate needs.

In a changing world of work, knowing how to align skills and corporate culture is a key asset for boosting productivity and innovation.

Social Innovation

Social innovation transforms organisations by putting people at the centre. You will explore collaborative models, such as teleworking, shared workspaces and inclusion policies, to create motivating environments. Positions such as QWL (Quality of Life at Work) consultant, CSR manager or transformation project manager aim to reconcile well-being and performance.

With the changing expectations of employees, these profiles are essential for inventing the future of work.

Health Management

Occupational health management combines prevention, well-being and compliance to ensure a healthy working environment. You will master the issues of psychosocial risks, ergonomics and quality of life, while managing concrete actions.

These professions (health and safety manager, prevention officer or well-being consultant) are essential to reducing absenteeism and strengthening cohesion. At a time when health is becoming a key competitive factor, your expertise makes all the difference.

  • After completing a BTS and a Bachelor’s degree at INSEEC, I joined the Grande École Program in Management. As a work-study student at Disneyland Paris as a Team Leader, I support the teams and contribute every day to the quality of the visitor experience.
