What is a Master’s degree in Tech Business Engineering?
This Grande École Tech Business Engineering Programme is based on a partnership between INSEEC’s Grande École Programme and ECE, an engineering school specialising in digital technology and AI. It prepares you for business development careers in the technology ecosystem by combining commercial expertise with in-depth technical knowledge. This course confers a Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) recognised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and is RNCP level 7 certified. This course opens up a wide range of opportunities in scale-ups, ESNs and software publishers.
Diploma and professional certification
This state-approved degree confers a Master’s grade and has been AMBA accredited since 2016, guaranteeing its recognition in France and internationally.
Professional certification as an Innovative Projects Manager level 7 (EU), NSF code 310, awarded by INSEEC Grande École, registered under number 41044 on the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) by decision of the Director General of France Compétences.
With this programme in partnership with ECE, you will also receive a school certificate.

The content
The courses below are offered on the Paris (in English) and Lyon (in French) campuses. The programme combines managerial and technical expertise, thanks to our partnership with ECE, a renowned engineering school. They are indicative and updated at the start of each academic year to reflect the latest developments in the sector.
2ᵉ year (M1 level) – Core curriculum
60 ECTS credits – Initial or sandwich course
This year consolidates your managerial and commercial skills while introducing the technical fundamentals. This year is available as a sandwich course. In the traditional route, you attend classes from September to December, then benefit from international mobility from January to May before completing your minimum 2-month work placement in a company.
