What is an MSc in Management, Consulting & Strategy?
The MSc Management, Consulting & Strategy prepares students for careers in corporate management, strategic consulting and organisation. It is RNCP level 7 certified by the French Ministry of Employment. The first year lays the foundations in management and digital transformation. The second year develops expertise in corporate strategy, performance management and change management. This professionally-oriented programme prepares students for senior management and consulting positions.

Objectives and skills
The aim of the MSc Management, Consulting & Strategy is to train professionals capable of steering an organisation’s global strategy and supporting its transformation. You will learn to manage complex projects, lead teams and optimise performance in a changing environment.
The programme develops the following key skills:
- Devising and implementing the company’s/organisation’s strategic orientations.

The courses
The courses presented below are given as examples and may vary slightly depending on the teaching campus. Course content is adapted each year to take account of changes in management, new organisational methods and the challenges of business transformation.
The pace of courses may differ from campus to campus and depending on whether the course is being run under a work placement agreement (initial) or a professionalization/apprenticeship contract (continuing).
The work-study contract must be signed for a period of 12 months (MSc 2) or 24 months (MSc1 + MSc 2).

Assessment procedures
The two years of the programme combine high-level academic content with work experience in a professional environment, available as initial or sandwich courses.
Course validation
- Each year requires 60 ECTS credits to be validated.
- The MSc degree is obtained by consecutive validation of the two years, corresponding to 120 ECTS credits.
- The award of certification depends on the total accumulation of blocks of skills.
- All blocks must be validated in full, with a minimum score of 10/20 for each skill.
- No block can be partially validated.
Conditions for obtaining certification
- Acquisition of four blocks of cross-disciplinary skills that are identical for all courses.
- Professional assignment of at least 132 days in the second year (MSc 2) for participants in initial training.
Assessment procedures
The development of your skills is regularly assessed throughout the course by :
- Continuous assessment and final examination sessions are held in person.
- Explorations of strategic cases carried out individually and/or in groups.
- Individual and/or group oral presentations.
- Individual and/or collaborative written reports.
- Field studies and interventions in company situations.
- An applied research dissertation on a management, consultancy or strategy issue, presented to a panel of professionals and lecturers (in the second year).
