What is the RNCP Business and Organisation Manager professional qualification?
Professional certification as a ” Manager of Companies and Organisations “, NSF code 310, awarded by INSEEC MSc (CEE-SO, CEE-RA, CEFAS, MBA INSTITUTE, ADEFI FORMATION, CEE-M, CEE-OUEST), registered under number 40353 in the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) by decision of the Director General of France Compétences on 21 April 2025.
Certification is awarded by capitalising on all the blocks of skills. Each skill in a block must be confirmed in order to obtain the block of skills. Partial validation of a block is not possible.
What is an RNCP qualification?
An RNCP qualification is a recognised professional certification registered in the Répertoire National, created and validated by the State, which attests to the skills required to practise a profession.

In response to the needs of companies identified on the market, the training offered by INSEEC prepares students for the following skill sets:
- Devising and implementing the company’s/organisation’s strategic orientations
- Managing the company’s financial and non-financial strategy
- Steering the marketing and sales strategy
- Managing teams and driving organisational change

In addition to these common blocks of skills, there is an optional sectoral block depending on the specialisation chosen:
- Develop an entrepreneurship and/or intrapreneurship project
- Managing and implementing the company’s social and environmental responsibility projects
- Develop a corporate strategy consulting business
Description of the methods for acquiring certification by capitalisation of blocks of skills and/or by correspondence
Certification is obtained by :
- Validation of four blocks of skills common to all the pathways, plus a block of specialisation depending on the candidate’s pathway (a mark of 10/20 or higher in each block of skills).
- A minimum of 132 days in a company during the second year of the course (MSc 2)

What are the requirements
for this qualification?
The conditions for access to the certification scheme (excluding VAE) are :
- For entry into4th year (MSc1): hold a level 6 qualification and have validated the equivalent of 180 ECTS acquired in a course in the field concerned.
- For entry into 5th year (MSc2): hold a level 6 qualification and have validated the equivalent of 240 ECTS acquired in a course in the field concerned.

of this title?
Managers of companies and organisations are the company’s driving force. He or she defines the company’s strategy and the objectives that flow from it, while guaranteeing the structure’s long-term viability.
To do this, they draw up the financial, budgetary, commercial and marketing guidelines for the company or organisation and align them with ethical and sustainable standards. They then ensure the smooth running of the business by allocating the human and technical resources needed to deploy the defined strategy. He or she is able to lead company transformation projects and support change while ensuring the well-being of employees and their ongoing training.
In order to steer the company’s activity, the Business and Organisation Manager keeps a watchful eye on the scope of his activity and on changes in the requirements and consumer trends of his customers, enabling the structure to remain competitive and adapt its operations, services or products. It builds and maintains a solid network of partners.

The aim of the Business and Organisation Manager qualification is to train entrepreneurs, strategy and/or organisation consultants and managers.
It is aimed at students wishing to acquire strategic, managerial, financial, marketing and sales skills.
The training is designed to meet companies’ requirements for versatility and global decision-making among their managers.
The course also provides real added value in terms of business development, company management and business start-up projects.
