From the start of the academic year in September 2025, INSEEC will be continuing its development with the opening of a new campus in Toulouse, in the heart of the Jolimont district. This marks a key step in the local strategy of the OMNES Education Group, to which INSEEC belongs.
A new-generation campus, anchored in the future
Located at 2 rue Anita Conti, this new 4,000 m² campus, spread over seven floors, will offer a modern, eco-responsible training environment that is perfectly integrated into the dynamic transformation of the Guillaumet district. It will welcome more than 1,000 students from the start of the new academic year, with a target of 2,000 by 2027.
The new Toulouse site will bring together three of the OMNES Group’s flagship schools:
- INSEEC, a recognised business school,
- ECE, a leading school for digital engineering and artificial intelligence,
- Sup de Pub, school of communication and design.
A training offer tailored to regional needs
With its BTS, Bachelors and Masters of Science, INSEEC will be offering courses in Toulouse in the following fields: business, marketing, finance, management, digital, sport, luxury and health. These courses will be available as initial or sandwich courses, and will be aligned with the needs identified in the “Métiers 2030 en Occitanie” study: AI, CSR, digital transition, communication and management.
AI and CSR at the heart of the educational project
In a changing world, INSEEC Toulouse will integrate artificial intelligence and social responsibility at the heart of its programmes. All students will receive training in the professional uses of AI, and will be made aware of the major environmental and social issues shaping the world of tomorrow.
A sustainable and exemplary campus
The building, which has been awarded BREEAM “Excellent” and BBC Effinergie 2017 certification, is part of an ambitious environmental approach: photovoltaic panels, reinforced insulation, optimised natural lighting, 90 secure bicycle parking spaces, green outdoor areas… everything has been designed to combine comfort, innovation and sustainability.

The opening of the INSEEC campus in Toulouse attracted a great deal of media coverage, underlining its impact on the region and on teaching. Among the many press reports :
