What is a Bachelor’s degree in HR – Recruitment and human resources consultancy?
INSEEC’s Bachelor RH – Chargé de recrutement et conseils en ressources humaines, certified RNCP level 6, is only accessible in 3ᵉ year. It trains professionals capable of supporting companies’ social policies and HR strategies. This professionalising programme focuses on human resources management, quality of life at work and the social performance of organisations.
Professional certification
Level 6 (EU) professional certification in recruitment and human resources consultancy, NSF code 315, awarded by the INSEEC Bachelor, registered under number RNCP36500 on the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP), by decision of the Director General of France Compétences.
Objectives and skills
The aim of the Bachelor in HR – Recruitment and Human Resources Consultancy is to train multi-skilled professionals capable of managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to skills development. All the while mastering the administrative and strategic aspects of the HR function.

3ᵉ year
60 ECTS credits
The 3ᵉ year programme covers the full range of HR assignments: innovative sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, employee integration, skills development and personnel administrative management.

Assessment procedures
This Bachelor’s degree is based on an active teaching approach, combining the acquisition of knowledge and the practical application of skills in real-life situations involving social management and recruitment.
Each semester corresponds to 30 ECTS credits, giving a total of 180 ECTS credits validated at the end of the course. Assessment is based on continuous assessment throughout the course, combining written and oral assessments, individual and group work, case studies and work placements.
In the third year, students take a final assessment based on blocks of skills, in accordance with the reference framework for RNCP qualification no. 36500 – Recruitment and Human Resources Consultant.
This assessment is based on real-life company situations:
- CASE STUDY ;
- recruitment simulation ;
- skills management project ;
- professional file ;
- and defence in front of a jury.
To obtain the qualification, candidates must validate all the skill blocks, demonstrating their operational mastery of HR issues within organisations.

Access to INSEEC’s Bachelor RH – Chargé de recrutement et conseils en ressources humaines is only available in the 3ᵉ year.
It is open to candidates who hold :
- a level 5 diploma or certificate (Bac +2);
- 2 years’ higher education plus at least one year’s experience in human resources or social management;
- a level 4 diploma or certificate (Bac) combined with three years’ professional experience in the relevant field.
