Professional certification

Professional certification “Recruitment Officer and Human Resources Consultant” registered for 5 years with the RNCP (RNCP file 36500) by decision of the Director of France Compétence following the opinion of the professional certification commission dated June 1, 2022, at qualification level 6, with NSF code 315 under the title “Recruitment Officer and Human Resources Consultant” with effect until June 1, 2027, issued by EFIP – GROUPE ESCCOT, the certifying body. This professional certification is included in the list of RNCP 36500 professional certifications under diploma code 26X31527.

Objectives and skills

The aim of the Bachelor in HR – Recruitment and Human Resources Consultancy is to train multi-skilled professionals capable of managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to skills development. All the while mastering the administrative and strategic aspects of the HR function.

This program lays the necessary groundwork if you wish to later obtain a Master of Science in HR in order to pursue strategic management positions.

The content

The courses in the Bachelor HR – Recruitment and Human Resources Consultancy are designed to meet today’s challenges in recruitment, talent management and personnel administration. The courses presented below are given as examples and may vary depending on the campus.

Each year, the programme is updated to keep pace with developments in employment law, recruitment practices and digital HR tools.

3ᵉ year

Assessment procedures

This Bachelor’s degree is based on an active teaching approach, combining the acquisition of knowledge and the practical application of skills in real-life situations involving social management and recruitment.

Each semester corresponds to 30 ECTS credits, giving a total of 180 ECTS credits validated at the end of the course. Assessment is based on continuous assessment throughout the course, combining written and oral assessments, individual and group work, case studies and work placements.

In the third year, students take a final assessment based on blocks of skills, in accordance with the reference framework for RNCP qualification no. 36500 – Recruitment and Human Resources Consultant.

This assessment is based on real-life company situations:

To obtain the qualification, candidates must validate all the skill blocks, demonstrating their operational mastery of HR issues within organisations.

Certification is obtained by validating the four skill sets, in accordance with the assessment criteria, each of which can be acquired independently.

What are the entry requirements for the Bachelor of HR – Recruitment and Human Resources Consultancy?

Access to INSEEC’s Bachelor RH – Chargé de recrutement et conseils en ressources humaines is only available in the 3ᵉ year.

It is open to candidates who hold :

  • a level 5 diploma or certificate (Bac +2);
  • 2 years’ higher education plus at least one year’s experience in human resources or social management;
  • a level 4 diploma or certificate (Bac) combined with three years’ professional experience in the relevant field.

Applications are made outside Parcoursup, directly online on the INSEEC website.
