The Communications Manager establishes and manages the information programme, to ensure that the information circulating within the organisation is accurate and reliable.

While the responsibilities of an internal communications manager may vary from company to company, certain qualities and skills are essential for anyone wishing to succeed in this role, including :

The manager must be able to identify the opportunities, challenges and risks within the organisation and draw up a plan to deal with them;

The communications manager must understand the cultural make-up of his or her organisation

He can create blog posts, web articles, videos and other engaging communications. Excellent writing skills.
