INSEEC and the Colisée France group have joined forces to sponsor the first Lyon class of the Master of Science in Healthcare Facilities Management in the 2023/2024 academic year.
The Colisée Group’s sponsorship, a mark of our commitment to quality in the training of our students
The MSc Director of Healthcare Establishments has existed at INSEEC since 2008. More than 400 students have been trained to become executives and managers in the field of healthcare administration and management in the broadest sense, in both the private and public sectors, on our campuses in Paris and Bordeaux, and now in Lyon. Running a healthcare establishment means taking part in a wonderful adventure full of unforeseen events, requiring a wide range of skills and leadership qualities. That’s why it’s so important for our students to be surrounded by the best possible people to help them learn this very special profession, working closely with patients and their families, as well as healthcare staff.
With this in mind, Nicolas Noesser, Managing Director of the Colisée Group, a manager of nursing homes, has agreed to be the patron of the first Lyons intake of the programme. This is an important step towards training the next generation of professionals in the management of healthcare establishments, particularly in view of the demographic transition that France is currently undergoing.
This sponsorship brings real added value to students at the Lyon campus, who are acquiring the skills they need to contribute to more responsible management of healthcare establishments in France, which are often highlighted in the press on the crucial issue of ageing populations and the way in which care staff and their families look after them.
In return, the Colisée Group will benefit from the opportunities offered by this sponsorship through the recruitment of our students on sandwich courses or permanent contracts.
On Thursday 23 November 2023, Nicolas Noesser met with the thirty or so students from the first year of the programme in Lyon to crystallize this sponsorship. Over two hours of fascinating discussions during which he shared his commitment to the healthcare and medical-social sectors and confirmed the students in their choice to become a facility manager. ” It’s a job in which you’ll never get bored “, he reminded them, before answering a number of questions. The CEO of Colisée France has also been a guest speaker on our Paris campus for several years.
