Goals of the RNCP
What are the goals
of this title?
The health crisis has had a significant impact on the labour market, resulting in a sharp economic slowdown. Recent studies indicate a recovery in activity, characterised by recruitment pressures.
Against this backdrop of job recovery and tensions, companies need to either strengthen their in-house Human Resources departments, and more specifically their recruitment skills, or outsource to benefit from the skills of experts in the sector to solve their recruitment problems.
As the crisis has intensified competition in the sector, two growth drivers have emerged:
- Offering a multi-disciplinary range of services to meet the increasingly wide-ranging needs of customers, such as recruitment and HR consultancy;
- Digital is a key area of focus, to reduce back-office costs and concentrate on higher added-value activities, but also to enhance the offering with more accurate sourcing (using artificial intelligence and algorithms), and the integration of video into the recruitment process, etc.
