The human resources environment is changing rapidly as a result of technological, regulatory and organisational change, requiring HR functions to adapt constantly. The human resources manager supports these changes by implementing the actions defined by management, reconciling regulations, quality of working life, responsibility, inclusion and data integrity. They use digital tools to ensure compliance, manage personnel administration and balance performance and well-being. Depending on the technological maturity of the organisation, it relies on automation and artificial intelligence to optimise the sorting of applications, analyse data and anticipate needs, while guaranteeing the ethical and secure management of information.

Multi-skilled in SMEs or specialised in large organisations, they adapt their actions to the needs of the company, working at different levels (site, subsidiary, region). In the public sector, they ensure compliance with statutory rules, while in consultancy firms or temporary employment agencies, they assist clients with outsourced assignments.
