RNCP Requirements
What are the requirements
for this qualification?
The conditions for access to the certification scheme (excluding VAE) are :
- Admission to the first year: holders of a baccalauréat (all sections) or a Diplôme d’Accès aux Études Universitaires (DAEU), recognised as level 4.
- Inclusion in the second year: having completed 60 ECTS in a sector considered to be identical in terms of skills to that of the course, or having completed 120 ECTS in a management science environment.
- Inclusion in third year: having completed 120 ECTS or a level 5 in a sector considered to be identical in terms of skills to that of the course or having completed 180 ECTS in a management science environment.

of this title?
The “Commercial Activities Manager” qualification is designed to meet the needs of companies with strong commercial development. The Commercial Activities Manager is responsible for the operational deployment and monitoring of the commercial strategy defined by the company.
Working independently, they propose, design and implement, with the approval of their line manager, sales initiatives designed to meet customer needs. They manage a customer portfolio. He/she is capable of coordinating human, financial and logistical resources and planning the various tasks of the people involved. You will be able to monitor the results of sales initiatives, plan the associated budgets and report to your direct manager.
For future holders of the Sales Activity Manager qualification, our aim is to provide training that is relevant to the job market, with a focus on acquiring solid fundamentals in direct, indirect and online sales techniques, coupled with fluency in oral expression, persuasiveness, managing objections and conflicts, and producing and analysing sales performance monitoring charts.
In fact, companies are looking for operational skills in drawing up and implementing sales action plans, developing convincing sales pitches, adapting to their target market and, more generally, analysing databases.
What’s more, mastering the complementarity and convergence between an organisation’s sales, marketing and communications departments is also essential for this job. Companies therefore need to recruit operational profiles who are proficient in direct, indirect and online sales techniques, while respecting the implementation of the market penetration and development strategy defined by the company in line with developments in the sector.
