From his native Aveyron, Dimitri Pazinski got his ticket to enter the 3rd year of a Bachelor’s program atInseec Campus Chambéry, in a specialty that immediately convinced him.
Between the school’s setting and her passion for the profession, the choice of Inseec’s real estate program was an obvious one.

Prestige real estate, the little extra of Inseec U.

Freshly graduated from a DUT in Communication Techniques obtained in the Lot, Dimitri always wanted to go into real estate. He looked for schools to carry out his project. And it was Inseec Campus Chambéry that caught his eye. Not only because of the city’s exceptional natural setting, but also because of the little “extra” that the Chamber’s business school has to offer.

There is a Prestige Real Estate option, which allows access to exceptional chalets in the resorts,” explains Dimitri. After taking the competition, I said “yes,” and it’s going great! Our small class of 15 people has a solid core. The teaching staff knows us by name. We feel integrated.”

An advantageous internship in a company

Dimitri liked the architecture of the training, and was able to join Trèfle Immobilier in Chambéry, which has just set up a prestigious property agency in Aix-les-Bains.

I liked this hybrid course: six months of training, followed by an internship in a company,” he explains. JI had to find an internship in a hurry, and Sébastien Dumoulin trusted me quite quickly. Today, I manage the agency, the transactions, the sale, I was congratulated for my work. And I am very happy because the internship has been renewed and the agency has agreed to a work-study program during the Master’s program!

Like a fish in water! By his own admission, Dimitri has now settled permanently in Savoie.
