What is a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources?
INSEEC’s Bachelor RH – Chargé des ressources humaines , certified RNCP level 6, is only accessible in 3ᵉ year. It trains professionals capable of supporting technological, regulatory and organisational transformations in human resources by implementing the actions defined by management, reconciling regulations, quality of working life, responsibility, inclusion and data integrity. They use digital tools to ensure compliance, manage personnel administration and balance performance and well-being!
Professional certification
Professional certification “Human Resources Manager” registered for 3 years on the RNCP(Fiche RNCP 41797) by decision of the Director of France Compétence following the opinion of the Professional Certification Commission on 18/12/2025, at qualification level 6, with NSF code 315 with effect until 18/12/2028, awarded by TALIS Compétences & Certifications, the certifying body.
Objectives and skills
The aim of the Bachelor in HR – Human Resources is to train professionals capable of covering the entire employee career path: recruitment, induction, absence management, payroll, training, career management, skills development, professional interviews, job retention, internal mobility and promotions. It also advises employees on issues relating to their career paths and the development of their professions.

This course lays the groundwork if you want to go on to complete a Master of Science in HR and take up strategic management positions.
The content
The courses in the Bachelor HR – Human Resources Manager are designed to respond to the constant changes in the human resources professions, marked by technological, regulatory and organisational transformations. The courses presented below are given as examples and may vary depending on the campus.
Each year, the programme is updated to take account of the new challenges posed by the digitalisation of HR functions, quality of life and working conditions, corporate social responsibility, and the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in talent management and personnel administration.
3ᵉ year
The 3ᵉ year programme covers the full range of HR assignments: ensuring compliance of HR processes, recruiting and managing talent, developing staff skills, boosting industrial relations.

Assessment procedures
This Bachelor’s degree is based on an active teaching approach, combining the acquisition of knowledge with the practical application of skills in real-life HR situations.
Each module is subject to at least one formative assessment. This takes the form of continuous assessment (CC) during the course, with a grade ranging from 0 to 20. This continuous assessment throughout the course may take the form of written and/or oral assessments, individual and group work, case studies and work situations, and activity reports.
Each block is subject to a certification assessment. They attest to the mastery of the implementation of the skills described in the reference framework of activities, skills and assessment of the RNCP 41797- Human Resources Manager title.
The assessment is based on real/reconstructed work situations:
- individual case study ;
- group case study with presentation of a file ;
- oral: individual role-playing.
Professional certification is deemed to have been obtained once all the skill blocks that make it up have been validated.

What are the entry requirements for the Bachelor’s degree in HR – Human Resources Manager?
Admission to the 3rd year of the Bachelor’s programme
Access to the Bachelor RH – Chargé des ressources humaines at INSEEC is only available in the 3ᵉ year.
It is open to candidates who hold :
- a level 5 diploma or certificate (Bac +2);
- 2 years’ higher education plus at least one year’s experience in human resources or social management;
- a level 4 diploma or certificate (Bac) combined with three years’ professional experience in the relevant field.
The application is made outside Parcoursup, directly online on the INSEEC website.

This is a one-year sandwich course. It leads to a level 6 RNCP-certified qualification, recognised by the French government and tailored to the needs of the HR and recruitment market. Graduates of this Bachelor’s programme are eligible for positions of responsibility in HR management.
