What is the International Package?
To ensure you can devote all your energy to your academic success, INSEEC, as part of the OMNES Education Group, has established a comprehensive support system. This system acts as a personal guide at every key stage of your transition:

This comprehensive service is provided through the OMNES Education International Package. Costing €700, it is required upon your initial enrolment for all students from outside the European Union who are resident abroad. This one-off fee guarantees you unlimited access to all these premium services, allowing you to start your course with peace of mind.

Visa, Residence Permit, and Administrative Procedures

-Assistance with your student visa application from your very first year.
-Access to resources for the annual renewal of your residence permit and visa throughout your studies.
-Guidance for change of status at the end of your program (transitioning to a work permit/employee status, etc.).

Who should take out the International Package?
The International Package is compulsory for all students who meet both of the following conditions: they must currently be living outside France and hold a non-European nationality (outside the European Union). This scheme has been specifically designed to support the arrival of students facing the most complex relocation procedures.
What specific services are included under the housing support scheme?
Housing support is one of the key components of the package. It includes:
- The network: Partnerships have been established with banks and insurers to facilitate tenancy guarantees.
- Planning ahead: Specialised tools and advice to help you with your research even before you set off.
- Priority access: Simplified access to our housing partners’ platforms.
- Continuity: This support remains available if you wish to move house whilst on the course.
Does the International Pack guarantee that I will be granted a visa?
The package offers step-by-step guidance and valuable practical advice from the very first year to help you put together your application. However, the final decision on whether to grant a visa remains at the sole discretion of the French consular authorities. Our role is to maximise your chances of success by providing you with the right resources and guiding you through the procedures.
Why is there a charge for this package on top of the tuition fees?
The International Pack, worth €700, funds a range of dedicated services that go beyond the strictly academic sphere. It covers personal and technical support services (Welcome Desk, specialised platforms, webinars, induction events, bilingual counselling) which require specific resources to ensure your peace of mind and security whilst settling in France.
Is the cost of the International Pack refundable if my visa application is refused?
If, despite our assistance, your visa application is refused, you will be refunded the full cost of the package.
I am already in France with a valid residence permit; does this package apply to me?
This package is primarily intended for students residing outside France at the time of enrolment. If you are already living in France with a valid residence permit, you are not, in principle, subject to this requirement. We advise you to confirm your situation during the admissions process.
Is the International Package the same for all schools in the OMNES Education group?
Yes, this scheme represents a comprehensive commitment from the OMNES Education Group to our students. Whether you join HEIP, Sup de Pub, ECE or INSEEC, you will benefit from the strength of the OMNES network. This guarantees the same standard of support, shared resources and access to the same strategic partners (accommodation, healthcare, banking) regardless of which campus you attend.
