You can do your research online or by going directly to the site. As a Land Developer, you work upstream with many otherreal estate professionals. These include the Land Development Manager, the Development Director and, of course, the other developers.

Take on multiple assignments as a Land Developer, requiring versatility.
Identify the most interesting sites for the company’s projects.
Define customer needs and expectations in advance.
Consider the strengths of the property: location, size, potential or ability to meet customer expectations.
Go beyond prospecting by carrying out a technical assessment of the operation and studying the project from every angle.
Analysing the competition as well as the financial, legal and tax aspects in order to assess the profitability of the project.
Negotiate the price if the project proves feasible.
Submit the conclusions and recommendations to Management for decision.

Land developer: salary and career development
As a property developer, you can look forward to a stable source of income. You’ll be well paid, with an annual salary ranging from €35,000 to over €100,000, depending on your efficiency and experience. Very often, you are also entitled to commission. If you excel in your field, you can hope one day to be promoted to a more senior position. For example, you might consider becoming a property development manager or a property programme manager.
