INSEEC, which was founded 50 years ago and belongs to the OMNES Education group, is France’s No. 1 business school, with 8,000 work-study students, 10,000 partner companies and 20,000 vacancies a year for our students. In the summer of 2024, the OMNES Education Group acquired the Institut Supérieur du Commerce et de la Technologie (ISCT) in Toulouse, which has existed in the city for over 30 years, thereby strengthening its presence in the higher education sector. With this acquisition, INSEEC will be present in the Occitanie region from the start of the new academic year in September 2024.
In 2024,ISCT and INSEEC will join forces to offer a joint catalogue of courses on the same Toulouse campus:
- BTS, state diplomas, level Bac+2, awarded by the French Ministry of Education
- Bachelors, corresponding to INSEEC qualifications registered with the RNCP at level 6
- Masters of Science (MSc) corresponding to INSEEC and ISCT qualifications registered with the RNCP at level 7

INSEEC moves to Toulouse in 2024 with Sup de Pub, HEIP and ECE.
INSEEC offers more than 30 BTS, Bachelors and MSc courses in Toulouse in the fields of Business / Commerce, Marketing, Human Resources, Digital, Finance… The Institut Supérieur de Commerce de Toulouse (ISCT), also part of the OMNES Education group, and present in Toulouse for 30 years, merged its catalogue of courses with that of INSEEC in 2024. The “ISCT” brand will be replaced by the “INSEEC” brand. The OMNES Toulouse campus, located in the Toulouse Basso Cambo business district, will move to a new ultra-modern 6,000 m² campus opposite the Toulouse Jolimont metro station for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Apply from September 2024 to INSEEC Toulouse
For the start of the new academic year in September 2024, applications can be made directly on the ISCT website. A staggered start to the academic year will be offered in February and March 2025 for INSEEC’s MSc programmes in Toulouse and the BTS, Bachelors and Masters of Science programmes will also be offered at the start of the academic year in September 2025.
