Competitive intelligence: The marketing product manager must constantly keep abreast of new market trends and the new needs and expectations of consumers.

Production or renovation of products and/or services: After carrying out in-depth market research with his or her colleagues, the Product Marketing Manager begins to create new products. Monitoring sales strategies: Once new products have been launched, the Product Marketing Manager must monitor their progress on the market. They must also ensure that the strategies employed by sales staff are correct and appropriate.

Reporting: It is essential that the marketing product manager reports to his or her line managers, in order to determine whether the investment is profitable.

A junior marketing product manager can earn between €2,500 and €3,500 gross per month, but with a few years’ experience under their belt, they can go on to earn a much more attractive salary. An experienced Marketing Product Manager can earn up to €4,500 or more.
