After 5 to 10 years’ experience, the median range rises to between €45,000 and €63,000 gross per annum. At senior level (10 years’ experience or more), particularly in the Île-de-France region or within the financial and information and communications sectors, remuneration can reach €85,000 gross per annum, as evidenced by several current vacancies on the APEC website for roles in Paris. In addition to these figures, there is often a performance-related bonus (5 to 15 per cent of the fixed salary), meal vouchers and time off in lieu.
