Assessment procedures

The three years of the Bachelor Sport Business – Ski Studies alternate between theoretical courses, practical projects and work placements in the sports and mountain sector. Each semester is validated by the award of 30 ECTS credits, giving a total of 180 ECTS credits at the end of the course.

Throughout the course, students are assessed by means of continuous tests: individual work, case studies, oral presentations or group projects. These regular assessments are used to measure progress and the ability to apply skills in management, marketing, communication and sports management.

In the third year, an assessment leading to certification in blocks of skills, in line with the RNCP 38604 – Commercial Activities Manager qualification, is introduced. This takes the form of work situations, applied projects, analysis files, oral presentations or a dissertation on professional practice.

Assessments are based on continuous assessment or final exams in the form of mid-term exams. This system guarantees constant monitoring of learning and a gradual rise in skills until the state-recognised diploma is validated.

Certification is awarded after validation of the four common skill blocks and one professionalization block of your choice, with a minimum score of 10/20 in each block.

The delayed start to the academic year gave me the opportunity to quickly change direction after realizing that my first choice of course did not meet my expectations.
