These are just some of the advantages of working as a VEFA sales representative. It’s far from monotonous, and is one of the best ways of introducing you to the world of commerce and real estate.

INSEEC has set up a Real Estate Club reserved for its alumni and students, enabling them to meet regularly for professional conferences and afterwork sessions to discuss their business issues.

As a VEFA sales representative, you may have to deal with several customers at the same time. Your salary then naturally depends on the services you provide and the number of customers you have. On average, you can earn between €30,000 and €100,000 a year if you excel.

Another advantage of the VEFA sales profession is that it can evolve over time. In the course of your career, you’ll need to develop a degree of versatility. This may enable you to take up other positions in the future, such as property developer or estate agent. With more experience, you can also hope one day to become a Sales Manager, or even set up your own business.

The key to becoming a successful VEFA sales representative lies in your choice of training. For example, you can opt for Real Estate Services Management or Real Estate Professions.

At INSEEC, we also give you the opportunity to train for this profession. We are a business school specialising in Management. One of the courses we offer is a specialisation in real estate. For more information, you can always consult our website and/or go to our FAQ section.
