At the start of their career, regional managers earn an average of €3,500 a month. For an experienced manager , the monthly salary can rise to €5,500. At the end of their career, regional sales specialists can expect to earn between €6,500 and €8,000 gross.

A young executive with a proven track record can quickly progress to branch or business unit manager. They can also hold a position of responsibility for steering the overall strategy of a branch.
