Training
Programme and pace of the Marketing Bachelor’s degree at INSEEC
You can study for a 3-year Bachelor’s degree in marketing directly after obtaining your baccalauréat. Parallel entry is possible in years 2 and 3 for holders of a Bac +1 and Bac+2.
At INSEEC, we suggest that you start your bachelor’s degree in marketing by discovering the fundamentals of the marketing field, and then go into greater depth during the second year. You’ll learn about digital marketing, operationalmarketing and strategic marketing, communications strategy, and marketing and international business.
The first two years are marked by compulsory and optional periods spent in companies, giving you the opportunity to gainexperience, develop skills and test out different professions and business sectors in order to refine your career plan (up to 10 months in a company is possible).
In the third year, you will specialise in the various marketing professions. You will study in greater depth certain aspects of marketing in which you wish to specialise. Professional English will be compulsory and practised throughout the 3 years of the Bachelor of Marketing. The second language is optional. In the third year, you can choose to work in a company on a sandwich basis from the start of the academic year, or do a full-time placement in the second semester (between 5 and 6 months). All in all, you can accumulate up to 16 months of professional experience, in France or abroad, so you’ll be ready for work as soon as you’re hired.

Admission requirements for a Marketing Bachelor’s degree at INSEEC
You can apply directly online on the INSEEC website on our “admissions” page to join our Bachelor of Marketing programme.
- Admission to 1st year: Open to final year pupils and students who have already passed the Baccalauréat.
- Admission to 2nd year: Open to students who have completed or are in the process of completinga 1st year of undergraduate studies (BTS, DUT, preparatory class, Licence 1, etc.).
- Admission to 3rd year : Accessible to students who have completed or are in the process of completinga 2nd or 3rd year of undergraduate studies (BTS, DUT, preparatory class, Licence 2 or Licence 3, etc.).
Each time, you’ll find :
- A one-hour written test (MCQs in general knowledge and English)
- A 30-minute oral test, which is in fact a motivational interview.
Please note: There is no written test for the third year. There is only a 30-minute interview.
Two new entries are available each year:
- September/October
- February/March (depending on the campus and course chosen)
The start dates vary depending on the campus and course selected.

Career opportunities for the Marketing Bachelor’s degree
Once you’veobtained your bachelor’sdegree in marketing, you can decide to continue your studies. You can do a Master’s, MSc or MBA in marketing and specialise in a particular sector, such as event marketing, sports marketing, digital marketing or luxury marketing.
