“What a été your background?
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and social studies in 2014. As I was originally passionate about the firefighting profession, I tried to join the Marseille Marine Fire Brigade and…I was accepted. But just before I started my classes, I had a big rethink and I finally chose to go back to school by taking a BTS in Business Unit Management.
At the end of this Bac+2, I had only one desire, to go into real estate and this, at INSEEC ! Today, I am in Bachelor Real Estate Transaction and Merchant of Goods , also in professional contract, but this time in a real estate agency located in Bouscat : ACTIV IMMO33.
My position is that of a real estate negotiator with three main missions :
- Find sales mandates
- Selling or renting goods
- Customer relations : sales and rentals
Why did you chooseé for this training?
I chose this Bachelor’s degree first of all because it is taught in one of the best business schools in France. It is important to choose your school carefully, INSEEC is for me a springboard for my future professional orientation.
I also chose this program because it brings together all the lessons that I believe are essential to mastering the skills and knowledge required by the real estate industry.
How did you été recruitedé in your companyété ?
I first applied 5 months before the beginning of the school year, in May, with a spontaneous application. At the right place at the right time, I was able to obtain a first interview that was quite conclusive at the end of thisfirst application in an agency.
With this first result, I continued in the month that followed to manifest myself and to go to this agency to get closer to my potential future employers. 1 time, 2 times, 3 times and finally, during my4th visit I finally got the long awaited answer : I was taken on a pro contract !
What did youé your Bachelor’s degree à at INSEEC ?
Having only recently started my studies, it is still early to say what the training has brought me, but already I have only positive points to underline. An exceptional working environment on the banks of the Garonne, speakers of indisputable quality providing courses dealing with the heart of the matter, and especially an incredible atmosphere within our school.
How do you see your professional future?
For the time being, I intend to obtain my diploma while continuing to learn the trade within the real estate agency which trusted me. On the long term, it is still too early to say exactly where I see myself in 10 years because I have dreams and projects in my head.
If you had a message à to pass on to future éstudents?
Continue to believe in your dreams and your projects and above all give yourself all the means possible to be able to realize them. INSEEC provides all the tools we need to succeed, it would be a shame not to use them.”
