A 100% real estate course

Being attracted by Real Estate since a long time, I first followed a BTS Real Estate Professions in alternation. During these two years, I held the position of Real Estate Agent and Rental Manager in an independent agency. I then decided to continue with the Bachelor Real Estate & Finance within the Bachelor INSEEC in a professionalization contract at Pichet Immobilier. I opted for this Bachelor’s degree because I want to evolve towards Asset Management. It allows me to complete my real estate training and to start training on the finance part. In addition to this coherence, I was looking for a work-study program that would allow me to continue the professionalization of my career.

Professionalization through the network

I was recruited by Pichet Immobilier by submitting a direct application via their website. I was then contacted again by a person in charge of recruiting for the company. I met her a few days later at a professional event organized by INSEEC. This allowed me to present myself in person and defend my candidacy. Thanks to this, I obtained an interview and then a professionalization contract.

The Bachelor INSEEC allowed me to complete and deepen the knowledge acquired during my BTS. It also allowed me to broaden my professional network, both through the speakers and through the various events organized by the school. My professional goal is to become a Wealth Management Consultant in a private practice or in my own practice!

Any advice for our future students?

I would really advise future students to do their studies in a work-study program if they can. The professionalization contract allows you to follow a truly complete training program, from the acquisition of knowledge to its application in the field. Moreover, the experience acquired during the school/enterprise work-study program allows us to really stand out, and to justify a real professionalization in order to find a job.
