In parallel to her MSc 2 Trade Marketing, Distribution and Business Development at theINSEEC Chambéry campus, Charlotte Guido is a sales advisor, training to become a manager in the SMCP group, at Galeries Lafayette in Chambéry.
This fashion enthusiast opens the doors of her universe to us.

Law… leads to everything ! To business studies, even. This is the beginning of Charlotte Guido’s journey, which she describes here :

” After obtaining a degree in private law, I decided to turn to business. In my opinion, it is complementary to the teaching I received in college.
In parallel to my law studies, I worked for two years as a sales advisor in a store at Galeries Lafayette in Chambéry. I was at the Suite 341 booth, including three brands from the same group: Sandro, Maje and Claudie Pierlot, from the SMCP group, world leader in accessible luxury.
This experience allowed me to open up to the field of commerce and to find my way. Being very fulfilled in my work and in this group, I decided to pursue a course that allowed me to combine these two fields: business and fashion. Thanks to the work-study system, I was able to continue working for the SMCP group for two more years. ”

Charlotte is fully integrated into the MSc 1 Business Management.

Then, since this year, in MSc 2 Trade Marketing, Distribution and Business Development at INSEEC campus in Chambéry.

To become, soon, the manager of a big House ?

The student went on to work for the same company.

” Currently, I am a sales consultant, in responsible training. We are a team of two people, the manager and myself. As a result, the missions entrusted are very varied.
Of course, the first mission is sales, and the daily, weekly and monthly analysis of the figures (turnover, product families sold, sales indicators…). But also, the realization of the windows and merchandising, the reception of the weekly deliveries, the biannual sending of the collections returns, the treatment of the customers litigations, and the preparation of the commercial operations (phoning, labeling…).
The tasks are very diverse and this list is not exhaustive. No day is the same, that’s what I like about my job. ”

Charlotte would like to continue working in fashion and management. Before, to integrate, and it is his objective, a Big House.  When we tell you that the law leads to everything…
