Flashback : Zoé has a Baccalauréat STI2D (Sciences and technologies of industry and sustainable development) – Option ITEC (Technological innovation and ecodesign). Then she continued with a year of artistic preparation at the ESAAA in Annecy. Before going on to a BTS in communication and then a Licence Marketing et Communication. To follow by the MSc Marketing at the Campus of Chambéry.

” As Marketing and Loyalty Assistant, I am in particular Loyalty Project Manager with the objective of improving the customer experience and creating a relationship with our subscribers to strengthen the link. I am in charge of operational missions such as statistics, competitive intelligence or the qualification of customer files. Then I process emails and mails .
And what’s next in all this ?
” I don’t know yet exactly what my future will look like. But I would like to have a position of responsibility, linking both marketing and communication .
The student still has a little over a year to go before completing her MSc at INSEEC campus Chambéry.
