Currently enrolled in MSc 2 Business Development & Business Engineering at the INSEEC campus in Chambéry, Mathias Cervantes holds a position as a travelling salesman with the company TETRADIS.

Prospecting and selling, two qualities that have stuck with Mathias for several years.

” I started my studies in the Lyon region with a BTS MUC in a work-study program at Auchan. After six months, I quickly realized that BtoC was not for me.
I therefore reoriented myself in BTS NRC in order to work in BtoB. This degree was more interesting for me. I enjoyed prospecting and customer negotiation. After these two years of BTS, I followed up with a Bachelor’s degree in Sales Development, which I obtained as valedictorian, 
presents the student.

Mathias then joinedINSEEC Chambéry for an MSc 1 Commercial Management. Then, this year, an MSc 2 Business Development & Business Engineering.
A choice he does not regret!

 Work-study program at TETRADIS

In parallel to his studies, Mathias joined TETRADIS, a company specializing in the design and manufacture of telecommunication solutions on fiber optic and copper media. The foundation of TETRADIS is based on technical bases and field experience.
As a travelling salesman in the field of low voltage/security, this sports enthusiast in general and soccer in particular, carries out a multitude of missions related to development functions.

” I carry out prescription and prospecting in the Rhône-Alpes region, while developing the company’s commercial strategy. I also take over portfolios of inactive clients, as I have to create new ones, continues the man who aspires to reach a position of sales management within five years.

” I like managing. But I would like to keep the negotiation side of things on important contracts, whether national or international. I would also like to work for a few years on the management of innovative projects at the heart of tomorrow’s news.
