Developments in Human Resources over the last few years have consolidated the function’s key role in placing HR at the heart of corporate strategy.

As a result, today’s Human Resources professions call on a wide range of technical skills as well as advanced human skills… which makes them all the more exciting!

The Bachelor RH – Chargé de Gestion Sociale et RSE specializing in human resources incorporates all these developments to enable you to be a versatile and innovative HR professional. You’ll learn about the technical aspects of the profession through courses in employment law, payroll and employment contracts. You’ll also learn about the strategic aspects, with courses in recruitment and sourcing, skills development and digital transformation. Finally, you’ll tackle the human aspect with courses in change management and management.

This Bachelor 3 degree will open the door for you to continue your studies towards an M2 in Human Resources, or to take up positions in professions such as HR manager, recruitment manager, payroll manager, career manager or training manager.

A 1-year diploma course to specialize in Human Resources and CSR

The program is open to holders of a BAC+2. The Bachelor’s program is open to students from a variety of backgrounds: BTS, RNCP level 5, DUT, classe prépa, Licence 2.

 

As part of an HR team or firm, the human resources manager is responsible for HR sourcing and development, administers staff compensation, receives and selects candidates, and develops relations with companies using all the resources of digital technology. Mastering the new compensation tools inherited from the digital economy, his role is to support the HR department in the digital revolution. At the service of employees, he or she initiates a culture of HR innovation while ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

The Bachelor RH – Chargé de Gestion Sociale et RSE enables students to grasp and master all the central aspects of the HR field. They will have a perfect grasp of how to build a compensation policy, with its objectives, challenges and constraints, as well as the legal aspects, notably labor law. The program is designed to train future HR professionals in the latest recruitment and management techniques.

The INSEEC Bachelor’s Human Resources program starts in October, and the course can be taken at any time of the year.

Training begins in October and runs until the end of May. The latter includes a 3-month full-time work placement.

What are the prerequisites for the Bachelor’s program?

  • To enter the first year, you must hold a baccalauréat (all sections) or a Diplôme d’Accès aux Études Universitaires (DAEU), recognized as level 4;
  • For entry into the second year: you must have completed 60 ECTS in a sector considered to be identical in terms of skills to that of the course or have completed 120 ECTS in a management science environment;
  • To enter the third year, you need to have passed a 120 ECTS or a level 5 in a sector considered to be identical in terms of skills to that of the course, or to have passed 180 ECTS in a management science environment.
