At 25 years old, she decided to return to school to gain more skills. And also to obtain a Bac+5, often important in the hierarchical progression in the company.
Clothilde Pierson is currently doing her last year of MSc2 Consulting and Business Development on the   campus in Chambéry. She is a work-study student at General Electric.

” I decided to leave my permanent job at Nestlé to go back to school. I had already noticed, at Nestlé, that you need a 5-year degree to progress and obtain positions of responsibility “.

After obtaining a professional degree in Nancy, in Lorraine, in food quality, she joined the famous food group.

” My job was to make sure that everything was going well in production from a quality standpoint, to ensure a compliant product for our consumers. After four years, I stopped and looked for a company that could help me with my project , continues the one who particularly enjoys skiing and cooking, ” because it allows me to clear my head. ”

From now on, change of domain. Clothilde is a junior supplier quality engineer at General Electric.

” What I lacked was management skills in particular. ”

Become a Quality Manager

After a validation of acquired experience, the choice of Inseec Chambéry was a natural one for her. Make way for the MSc2 Consulting and Business Development.

” The school allows us to gain height. The speakers, who all have different backgrounds, help me broaden my vision of things, especially on a human level. Open-mindedness, values, are all things that we talk about at Inseec , says the one who hopes, in the long run, to become Quality Manager, a real objective.

” In my job as well as in school, I am gaining skills every day. This is also why I chose to follow the MSc2 Consulting and Business Development, which is very interesting .
